Posted by: JenBen on July 3, 2003 05:16 PMWell keep in mind that I'm on a doctor-supervised very low calorie diet. The rule of thumb is that you can lose weight eating 10*your weight in pounds. If you weigh 150, you can lose weight at 1500 calories daily. Maintining your weight is around 12*weight. It's been indispensible to me to log every single calorie that goes in. There are tons of ways to do this. I don't want to seem like I'm advertising since what I'm using costs money, but if you're interested I'll tell.
