I got the Kashi bars because I keep finding myself with about 300 calories left at the end of the day. Rather than eat junk, I figured it's good to have something with protein - but then again, if I eat something big, it throws the scale off in the morning. Anyway, the Kashi ones are better than most protein bars I've had, and I've tried tons!
