It's ironic that I'm supposed to be on a panel for people with nice weblogs this weekend, and I can't seem to manage to keep my own niche weblog current!
Here's the deal: my phone/palm kind of died and I've lost a week's worth of data. I think that last Friday, my weigh-in was around 1 lb down from 10/4. I also lost half an inch from my chest and an inch from my hips. I've been averaging around 1000 calories a day.
The weight chart over on the right is getting a little ungainly, so I'm thinking about changing it to a monthly, rather than weekly, deal.
I still don't really have any progress photos, but I've got a sort-of "before" picture, from my wedding anniversary on 5/24/03, and a sort-of "during" picture, from 10/10/03. For your enjoyment:
This morning I hit the 50 pound mark! Woohoo!
Over the last week I somehow managed to lose 3.5 lbs. The extra half pound was from this morning. I also lost an inch off my waist.
So now that I've accomplished my 2003 goal, I need to come up with a reward to myself, as well as a feasible next goal. I'm thinking of 10 pound increments from now on, as far as goals go.
